We do not require you to wash your rope, but please be prepared to provide an image of your rope so that we can ensure it is still of a usable condition and colorway. We’re able to clean up most ropes, but some with severe sun fading or metal burns may not meet our cosmetic standards and we reserve the right to refuse these.
